We have the facilities to supply, bend, form and manufacture. With the latest in computer guided bending equipment we can form most bends to our customers requirements . Whether it be a single 90 degree bend or a complex series of exhaust systems. We have the ability to create almost anything our customer demands. We specialise in turbo charger installations, one off exhaust systems and all types of coolant tubing.

We also manufacture bespoke exhaust headers and systems, if it’s a simple 2 inch straight pipe or a complete 4 or 5 inch race system your looking for then we can help. We can build your custom system in a variety of materials ranging from basic mild steel to stainless steel and including incanol for the more specialist applications. We can also supply and fit all ancillary items such as lambda bosses, exhaust gas temperature sensor bosses and remote waste gates.

To add the finishing touch to your exhaust headers or system we can also supply high temperature coatings , which not only look good but also decrease under bonnet temperatures.

Chassis Fabrication

We supply chassis to MSA / FIA specs for Dragsters, Altereds and Doorslammers. We can build your car or bike chassis in either CDS or Chrome Moly to your specifications.
